We specialize in recruitment for the Oilamp; Gas, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Utilities industries, and we’re excited to welcome individuals who are energized by helping companies thrive.This is for you if:

What You #39;ll Do:
  • Place technical job postings on various websites for current and future requirements
  • Sourcing and networking to discover high-caliber candidates, especially through LinkedIn
  • Screen and interview candidates using established methodologies, ensuring a quality match for client requirements
  • Collaborate with your Account Manager to identify priority clients, essential skill sets, and key market segments.
  • Maintain a high level of follow-up with both clients and candidates
  • Setting meaningful goals with the team to drive our recruitment success forward
RequirementsThis is an on-site position in Downtown Calgary. Candidates must be in Alberta to be considered for this role.
  • 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, with a track record of placing top talent
  • Experience sourcing candidates from multiple sources
  • A persistent and positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
  • Driven to help businesses grow and expand
  • Work as a team to efficiently close deals
  • Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time, with excellent organizational skills
  • Highly collaborative, and responsive, with excellent communication skills
