This position will be dedicated to finding those people and onboarding them with LiM, providing them with ongoing training and support as well as connecting them with resources to help them grow as professionals. We are seeking someone who understands the certification process for translators and interpreters and who has a passion for training and connecting with new people every day.Term and DatesProjected start date is May 23, 2022Length: Part-time PermanentDetailed Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for full life cycle recruiting for interpreter and translator candidates. The Talent Manager works with candidates who speak a variety of languages in order to expand Languages in Motion’s capacity for requests of our clients. During the recruiting process, this person will conduct a series of interviews, resume verification, and additional activities to assess a candidate’s language abilities. The Talent Manager is responsible for onboarding translators and interpreters in accordance with LiM’s language requirements. General work guidance is provided by senior team members or directly by one or more Project Managers. Once the candidate is approved, the Talent Manager will provide ongoing training and ensure the candidate’s success with Languages in Motion.Responsibilities
