If you are great at keeping a group organized, moving projects forward and are passionate about data analytics this is the opportunity for you.Description:This position is responsible for providing leadership, analytical direction, and expert advice for the data and metrics program, and the quality improvement program of the DOM in support of the Department’s mission and vision. The Team Lead – Analytics and Quality Improvement drives the analytical implementation of quality projects for the DOMs 11 clinical sections, as well as supporting quality and analytics work in response to the needs of the DOMs education and research programs. This position operates in a dyad relationship with a physician leader and is responsible for co-leading the Medicine Health Analytics Working Group. This position also requires someone to lead groups and collaborate with colleagues to achieve results when there is no formal reporting relationship. Being able to prioritize requests, keep the team organized, and understanding how data informs improvement are key to success in this role.
