You are equally comfortable explaining technical concepts in plain language to our Customer Success and Sales teams, while also collaborating with Engineering to resolve complex client problems.   • Implement stunning custom visualizers for our customers
  • Review and clean customer data, and implement code to process it
  • Build and QA a variety of home decor products, starting from the ground up with hardwood floors, going up to ceilings and beyond
  • Leverage strong time management skills and collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering to drive your issues to completion
  • Proactively communicate with the Project Management team on the status of your progress, identifying blockers and providing suggestions for next steps
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and automation to help us become more efficient and scalable

  • Ability to manage tight deadlines
  • Knowledgeable and confident using spreadsheets and Google Docs
  • Experience with Python, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS would be an asset
