Job Description

Job description: The job role includes testing, configuring, and debugging software for customers.Communicate with people internally and externally about software features and bugstest and escalate issues to the development team.Responsibilities:

  • Work external and internal people to identify bugs and issues
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
  • Talk to development team and clients
  • Test and validate features
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
Skills:
  • Patient and Meticulous
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environment
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Strong communications skills are required;
  • Able to work unsupervised to maintain relationships with others;
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environment
