Job Description

Headwater Equipment is looking for a full time Heavy Equipment Sales person to be based in the Calgary area. We are looking for the right person that is a true hunter and driven to be successful.Headwater is headquartered in Coalhurst AB, with branches in Sparwood, Calgary, Edmonton and Saskatoon. Headwater is an authorized dealer for Sany, Terex Trucks(Rokbak) and Wallenstein; as well as a service dealer for Isuzu and Cummins.What Headwater has to offer:

Requirements for the Job:
  • Self starter that is motivated and enjoys the challenge of working with new and existing customers
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and products, Headwater can teach product and systems knowledge
  • Valid drivers license
    • Have own vehicle that is in good repair
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Willing to travel around South/Central AB and spend some nights away from home
Knowledge of the following would be an asset:
  • Experience working with/selling construction equipment
  • Experience in a sales environment
  • Experience working with/selling to Government Agencies
  • Basic computer skills
Duties to Include:
  • Selling and renting construction equipment to customers within a set region
  • Selling our new product lines to municipalities, Cities and government bodies
  • Selling our field and shop service departments
  • Develop relationships with existing customer base and work to expand customer base
  • Customer retention and growing relationships with customers is a key part of the job
