The TTIM role is responsible for End to End Transition & Transformation management on new and existing deals for T&T Canada.The TTIM is responsible for ensure that the right Transition management system, tools, skills resources and processes are in place to effectively manage all the T&T projects on the transitions they are managing. This position will require working closely with the engagement team, AFM, CFM and T&T managers and technical delivery resources. The incumbent will be responsible for End to End Transition Governance, Planning, Implementation, Tracking and Reporting.Global knowledge sharing and management is key to Kyndryls success.
