This role encompasses a comprehensive management of the sales cycle, from generating leads and understanding client needs to providing tailored solutions, quotes, and robust after-sales support. The Account Manager will also coordinate closely with different internal teams to ensure flawless production and delivery of products.A profound comprehension of the market and the unique needs and concerns of clients is crucial for the Account Manager. The role demands strong communication skills, a solid technical foundation, and a collaborative spirit, as the Account Manager will provide vital technical insights for product design and functionality and work cross-functionally to ensure a smooth and satisfying client experience.
