We want to make this experience completely memorable and educational for everyone involved. Picture this role like a “Camp Counsellor” where the Guide is expected to be inviting, informative and create fun for the whole family. Our RV Adventure Guides will handle each component of the “tour” responsibly by enhancing our guest experience through participating in information sessions, sales pitches, games with children and providing a walk-around tour of both the inside and outside of each RV. Individuals suitable for this position will be highly outgoing, very passionate about RV’s and the camping experience and will enjoy interacting with our customers of all ages.Welcome customers and their families enthusiastically to our unique RV experienceInteract with customers and their children when they come to pick up their RVMake customers of all ages feel valued and engaged in the processAsk customers and their children questions to join in on the adventure and get to know them better ie: What are they looking for in the experienceAnswer questions about the experience or RV’s and know how to direct inquiries if you don’t have all the answersKnow when to intuitively add special touches to the guest experience as requiredServe as a story-teller by joining in on the adventure and creating magical momentsEnsure accuracy of customer order'sOther duties as assignedQualifications and Skills:Valid G2 or G Driver’s LicenseClean Drivers AbstractPrevious RV experience is considered an assetPrevious camping experience is considered an assetHigh School Diploma or EquivalentHighly outgoing and a warm personaStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAble to multi-task and be self-directedMust be comfortable working outdoorsMust have weekend/holiday availability401 Auto RV is an equal opportunity employer and we are pleased to accommodate individual needs within our recruitment process.
