Your outstanding work will directly affect peoples lives!Production Line Operator Key Responsibilities

• The position involves blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.
• Prepare materials and product for packaging and shipment to customers
• You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process
• Load materials into production machines
• Remove, pack and sort raw materials or finished products
• Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organizations waste removal and recycling policies
• Clean production equipment and work areas

Production Line Operator Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day
• Standing for long periods of time
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing, assembly, production or warehouse environment is preferred
• Ability to work shifts, learn to work any position, and work overtime as needed
