IMMEDIATELY HIRING!Line Operator- Full-TimeStarting Pay $ 19.41 an hour, pay increase for working evening shifts ($0.72)This is a normal shift position 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM; 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM.As a Full-Time Line Operator, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect peoples lives!Key Responsibilities

• The position involves blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.
• Prepare materials and product for packaging and shipment to customers
• You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process
• Load materials into production machines
• Remove, pack and sort raw materials or finished products
• Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organizations waste removal and recycling policies
• Clean production equipment and work areas

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day
• Standing for long periods of time
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred
• Ability to work rotating shifts, work any job, and work overtime as needed
