Job Description

Position Overview:Hallink Moulds Inc. vision is to be the global leader for providing Turnkey Solutions & Services for responsible packaging by achieving high degrees of customer satisfaction through strong customer relationships, and by providing the highest quality tooling and equipment in the shortest time possible.Our polishing team guarantees the quality our customers expect and demand. They work independently ensuring each piece does not leave their care until it is perfect and without flaw.Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for further finishing, using hand tools and power tools
  • Verify quality, recognize flaws, and identify potential problems
  • Collaborate with co-workers to develop solutions
  • Manage time effectively to meet production schedule
Skills:
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks
  • Skilled at polishing steel and aluminum
Abilities:
  • OSSD
  • Excellent dexterity and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently within a team
  • Motivated by producing perfect results
  • Basic skill in reading blueprints
