Job Description

Job DescriptionATS Automation is focused on growing SuperTrak CONVEYANCE™ platform’s market leading position, and product management is critical to our success. As a key member of the SuperTrak team, you will drive new products and services from initial concept through to product launch. In this role you will work to create a product strategy that energizes our new and existing customer base, our channel partners, and supports sustainable long term business growth.Responsibilities:

  • Identify market and potential for services and training related to SuperTrak CONVEYANCE™
  • Craft user stories and product acceptance criteria for input to the development teams
  • Develop a portfolio of SuperTrak services (i.e. maintenance packages, spare parts, onsite support, etc.)
  • Manage SuperTrak Academy curriculum
  • Work with marketing team to create relevant content
  • Gather customer insights and feedback
  • Ensuring product success through close collaboration with research & design, manufacturing, marketing, and sales
  • Work with sales leader to implement sales strategies
  • Monitor commercial success of the ‘product line’ by evaluating bookings, revenue and growth margin performance with finance
  • Monthly development milestone tracking to ensure on time market launch
  • Prioritize roadmap development and products success based on ROI impact
  • Work directly with early stage customers to evaluate product launch feature set
  • Generate sales enablement material to empower team growth initiatives
Additional InformationRequirements:A strong product manager can come from a variety of backgrounds. Most importantly you are highly driven, very collaborative, and are looking to take on an exciting global challenge.
  • 5+ years’ in industrial product development or similar experience - bonus points for experience with a mechatronics based product
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Excellent time communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with international partners and marketing in international markets is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree Engineering or technical field
  • Additional Business degree or Leadership certification is a definite plus
  • A pragmatic approach is a bonus
  • An inherent desire to delight customers
