Job Description

Job DescriptionMAJOR DUTIES:Support the Project Management team by executing, documenting, and tracking various project tasks.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend Project meetings (as required) and assist with capturing and distributing meeting minutes
  • Action Item monitoring/reporting with the PM
  • Ensure project related documents are stored and maintained in relevent SharePoint locations
  • Assist with Setup and maintenance of project PLM and ETO Workbench
  • Assist with developing Change Order Requests and processing of customer Purchase Orders
  • Tracking and coordinating customer supplied materials
  • Gathering supporting information for customer status reports
  • Schedule monitoring (Earned Value) and updating as necessary
  • Maintenance of Project Gate forms and route to PM for signatures.
  • Complete project Shipping Request Forms (SRF) and facilitate shipments as necessary
Additional InformationEducation:A Post-Secondary college diploma, engineering degree or equivalent. Willingness to pursue the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset.Key Attributes:
