Job Description

OverviewThe Project Manager will support integration of newly acquired ATS companies and the implementation of strategic initiatives. This individual will be a key member of the Services integration team responsible for driving new company aftermarket growth. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing project charters, baseline data analysis and coordination with stakeholders and business leaders to ensure successful implementation of initiatives through timely planning, scheduling and risk mitigation. They will support other special projects by organizing and participating in meetings and ensuring all deadlines for these projects are met.Responsibilities

  • Attend project meetings (as required) and assist with capturing and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Develop project charter documents and clearly articulate the problem statement, current condition of the business, future desired state, and targets for improvements.
  • Gather supporting information for project kick-off meetings.
  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensure project related documents are distributed to team members and action trackers or other dashboards are updated in a timely manner.
  • Develop, monitor, and update schedule and project trackers as necessary.
  • Create, update, and track project actions and provide regular updates on progress and completion.
  • Contribute to the execution and associated implementation of project deliverables.
  • Support the development of change management activities to support implementation efforts.
  • Effectively manage and mitigate project escalations.
  • Provide financial forecasts as necessary and track conformance to budget and schedule.
  • Support resource planning.
  • Conduct analysis as necessary to support financial trackers, business reviews, and investigations.
  • Support facilitation of ABM and continuous improvement activities including problem solving events and Kaizens.
  • Leverage the CRM, ERP to support data analysis and tracking.
Education
  • A Post-Secondary college diploma, engineering degree or equivalent.
Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma or Green Belt certification preferred
  • Attainment of or in the process of qualifying for the Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM (salesforce) and ERP (JDE) systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Work in compliance with divisional health, safety and environmental procedures
  • Refrain from removing or altering safety devices or guarding unless hazardous energies are controlled through lockout-tagout methods
  • Report any unsafe conditions or unsafe acts
  • Report defect in any equipment or protective device
  • Ensure that the required protective equipment is used for the assigned tasks
  • Attend all required health, safety and environmental training
  • Report any accidents/incidents to supervisor
  • Assist in investigating accidents/incidents
  • Refrain from engaging in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough and boisterous conduct
