This team’s scope is for all Canadian banners, including NAPA Auto Parts, CMAX, Altrom/Auto-Camping, Traction, TW, and Cadel.Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Insights, the incumbent will be responsible for championing the planning, monitoring, reporting and governance processes for our enterprise strategic initiatives portfolio, engaging with company executives and leaders on a regular basis. In addition, this position will be responsible for enabling successful execution of UAP’s sustainability framework and roadmap.This role will partner with the business to ensure successful delivery of key enterprise priorities, through planning and governance processes across all regions and departments. This includes collaborating in developing multi-year plans, supporting and analyzing business cases, monitoring the execution of initiatives and integrating process improvements.
