Job Description

In turn, we offer an environment that fosters a people-first culture with a high priority on your personal and professional growth.Your opportunity:Our Cambridge office is looking for a Receptionist to join the Office Administration team and own the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain all office equipment, furniture, stationery products, printer and copier supplies, including filling printers with paper daily.
  • Receive and route calls, directing inquiries to proper department or individuals. Receive voicemails and update voicemail messaging system as required.
  • Maintain appearance of reception area, ensuring desk area is tidy and confidential items (e.g., cheques, client packages, mail) are secured appropriately.
  • Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing couriers and general mail.
  • Book boardrooms for meetings as requested. Set up and clean boardrooms between meetings as required.
  • Receive and process client payments, including cheque deposits and credit card payments.
  • Additional duties as required

Your experience and education
  • Diploma/Degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to support high level management demands along with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work extra hours as required
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently
