Role and Responsibilities:Are you incredibly passionate about RV’s but tired of turning wrenches We may have the position for you!
  • Troubleshoot concerns over the phone and through video chat (if possible) to assist the customer in having an exceptional camping experience
  • Guide customers to the solution of their problem by coaching them over the phone
  • Provide customers with a deeper understanding of how their RV works
  • Provide recommendation on tools, parts or best practices
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience and follow up where required
  • Ability to escalate customer concerns in a positive fashion if required
  • Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Completion of High School
  • Incredibly strong knowledge of various types of RVs, their mechanics and common concerns
  • On call, weekend and holiday availability is required*
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism and maturity
  • Self-initiative and multitasking abilities
  • Positive persona and a friendly attitude
  • Above average computer skills
  • Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
