The Sales Representative should be interested in learning all aspects of marketing, advertising, and promotion strategies available to their clients in order to increase sales while benefiting the organizations and businesses they work with.What’s the positionGet ready for inbound sales and inbound requests, a lead list with thousands of contacts, and access to products purchased by every single company on the planet. You will enjoy an energetic environment where you can express your creativity and innovative spirit.The Sales Representative will be responsible for working with clients from prospecting to closing stages on a deal, during the production of an order, through to following up after the product is delivered. The Sales Representative reports to the Director of Operations and Executive Assistant and is expected to adhere to reasonable weekly and monthly KPIs, including client reach-outs, proposals submitted, and order value generated.Come work for a growing and fast-paced organization where you can grow your career while taking advantage of uncapped commissions. Our location is not accessible by public transit. A vehicle is required for this position.Job duties/responsibilities:

  • Work with clients and prospective customers that call, email, or drop in to the store.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with customer service needs.
  • Ensure the retail store and showroom are maintained and kept current.
  • Be available to work off-site when required, at pop-up locations and/or stores.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Use multiple programs to track, place, and process orders for clients.
  • Learn and adapt in a growing industry with endless product options.
  • Increase current client business and re-engage clients.
  • Prospect, research, and cold contact potential clients.
  • Maintain records and internal software with up-to-date information.
  • Work with production departments to ensure that errors are reduced.
  • Adapt to a dynamic work environment
