As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you are responsible for proactively identifying missing notifications, due dates, and/or missing customer expectations. This role requires excellent customer service and organizational skills to ensure changes to corporate customer accounts and new orders are handled in a professional and timely manner.Ways you contribute:
  • Analyze and make recommendations for upgrades and add-on products for existing client.
  • Coordinate the ordering and cancellation of facilities and circuits.
  • Handle inbound telephone inquiries for new and existing customers regarding orders and Moves, Adds and Changes.
  • Ensure confirmation of installation dates with customers and rescheduling of installation dates as required.
  • Effectively interact with all levels of employees within Fibernetics.
  • Participate in documentation or testing of Departmental Process and Procedures as required.
  • Develop good working relationships with Suppliers, external partners such as VARS and customers.
  • Conduct billing and error checking of accounts during transition periods.
  • Support the frontline customer service, support, sales and billing teams.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations from the frontline.
  • Assist in the collection of information and handle all elements of processing orders for new and existing customers.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

  • Can propel and maintain cross functional resources and relationships with internal and external customer.
  • Comfortable working with new technology and systems.
Skills considered an asset:
  • Telecom or ISP Provider Experience.
  • Bilingual in French or other language(s).
