  • Loading and unloading of inventory, stock, and supplies as required
  • Retrieve orders according to quantity, part number, description etc. ensuring accuracy
  • Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks
  • Wrap orders before loading on trucks
  • Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment
  • Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts to ensure proper inventory numbers
  • Take part in company initiatives and meetings
  • Operates handling equipment and ensures safety policies are followed
Competencies and Profile
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 proven experience as an order picker or other warehouse position
  • Experience in handling forklifts, pallets jacks and other warehouse equipment
  • Experience with RF picking devices
  • Knowledge of Oracle R12 is considered an asset
  • Able to read and write in English
  • Great attention to detail
  • Diligent and punctual with strong work ethic
  • Interpersonal skills to work well within a team environment
  • Experience with metric & imperial measurement
  • Good physical strength and stamina (ability to lift up to 60LBs & 10,000 - 20,000 steps per shift)
