The Cambridge Chamber of Commerce requires a friendly, positive, and energetic part-time Tour Guide to work between 7-28 hours per week, and conduct tours at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada (TMMC) in Cambridge Ontario.This is a fun and social environment, where you get to interact with people of all ages.Candidates must be able to work under pressure. Multitasking is a requirement. A clear speaking voice, a positive attitude and the ability to memorize a script is a must. Hours of operation at TMMC are Monday through Thursday 8:30am-4:15pm. Rate of pay is $18.00 per hour, with no company benefits.Successful candidates will be trained to work as a Tour Guide at TMMC, delivering scripted tours and live presentations to large groups of all ages. They will also be trained to drive a motorized tram in a very busy manufacturing plant. Although the cleaning is minimal, all Tour Guides are responsible for sanitizing tour equipment after each tour and washing trams on a regular basis. A valid driver’s license is mandatory for this position.No phone calls please.
