This role involves mixing and serving a variety of drinks, engaging with guests to enhance their experience, and maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant bar environment.The Bartender plays a key role in upholding service standards, supporting smooth bar operations, and contributing to the overall energy and atmosphere of the venue. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and quality.
• Greet guests, take drink orders, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area.
• Follow all health, safety, and ProServe alcohol service regulations.
• Accurately handle payments and perform end-of-shift cash outs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and event support as needed.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and assist with training new staff.
• Report incidents and follow resort procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of bartending or relevant hospitality experience.
• Valid ProServe certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Strong knowledge of drink preparation and bar service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Duration: This is a Full-Time seasonal position, May to October.
