The Facility Manager works with other Program managers to provide day to day supervision and integration of other clinical and support services at this site. The Facility Manager will provide administrative leadership and management and ensures excellent client/patient centered services. The Facility Manager leads and implements quality improvement initiatives with attention to patient safety, healthy workplace and financial initiatives. The position requires an individual with strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in and support a team approach to patient services in a multi-disciplinary environment. The Facility Manager will have proven skills in human resources and financial management, and demonstrated ability to foster collaborative working relationships with community partners and system stakeholders.Qualifications
