BWS Manufacturing Ltd is looking for Forklift Operators to plan and coordinate the movement of our Work-In-Progress (WIP) materials. This position reports to the WIP Supervisor, who must have 2+ years of operating a forklift in a production area.The work is very demanding but also very rewarding. You will be responsible for the movement of all parts; ensuring kits are available, and delivered on time to the proper locations at the proper time, and safely. The successful candidate will have the desire to plan ahead, be able to multi-task, and have a keen desire to solve problems.To do this job successfully you should have the ability to operate a forklift, follow workplace safety policies, and complete work within established schedules. Being able to bend, stoop or stand and concentrate on detailed work for long periods of time is required. Experience with computers is a must. You are reliable, energetic, and able to work independently as well as in a team.Essential skills: reading documents; working with numbers; communication; working with others; problem-solving; critical thinking; job task planning and organizing; significant use of memory and computer use.We offer full-time work, good benefits, and a pension plan.
