BWS Manufacturing Ltd., a trailer manufacturer in Centreville NB, is looking for an Industrial Painter to meet the demands of our customers. Our work orders allow for diversity within this job and each day can be a new project. We are a relatively small but dynamic company where you can start and achieve growth into a great new career in our new paint facility.The work is very demanding but also very rewarding. You will be responsible for the surface preparation, paint mixing, and painting of various fabricated trailers and trailer components. Using a pressure pot system and a Gracco airless spray gun you will paint every unit to the required specification participating in a quality control program that ensures specifications meet the required standards.To do this job successfully you should have the ability to operate a forklift, follow workplace safety policies, and complete work within established budgets. Being able to bend, stoop or stand and concentrate on detailed work for long periods of time is required. Experience with masking and paint preparation as well as properly maintaining equipment is essential. You are reliable, energetic, and able to work independently as well as in a team.We offer full-time work, good benefits, and a pension plan.
