Position : Special Education Classroom AssistantTerm : Fixed Term Contract Ends June 30th, 2023, open for renewal in Sept. 2023Salary : Competitive WageReporting To : NEC Lead InstructorThe successful candidate will be required to work with specified students’ One-On-One type of teaching learning environment. Students require special attention and extra instruction to bring them up to grade level. At times the successful candidate will be required to work in small group instruction and learning activities, also some out of class activities such as field trips and overnight travel.The successful candidate will work closely with the classroom teacher in specifying goals and objectives and how it is best to achieve those goals.A typical day of work is from 8:30 to 3:30.About Our School: We are a band operated, FNSA accredited community school. Our school operates a self-paced high school and adult education graduation programs.
