Now if you value safe, secure and reliable operations as much as we do and are on the look-out for continuous improvements why not help us win!The Service Delivery Advisor resides within the TIS Infrastructure & Cloud team with a focus on delivering safe, secure, reliable operations in collaboration with our vendor partners. As an individual contributor, you will be focused on developing key relationships with business, technical and vendor teams to execute changes to our technical environment. The role will play a key part in supporting managed incidents in real time as well as after the fact through root cause analysis and continuous improvement to eliminate risk in the future.What You Will Do:As a Service Delivery Advisor, you will gain valuable insight into our IT operations, support key decisions on changes during our ITIL Technical Advisory Board and Change Advisory Boards. You will help facilitate successful outcomes to key CAPEX and OPEX projects by ensuring operational teams are able to execute changes in a timely manner. You will be part of an ongoing change from fully on-prem to a shift to a hybrid (on-prem/cloud) operating model and supporting our managed service vendors during the transition. You will also have access to online educational tools (e.g., Pluralsight, Udemy) and certification programs via Microsoft, etc. as we expect you will want to say current and help us adapt to the vast amount of technology disruptions that continue to drive us to continuously improve.Who You Are:You possess these key characteristics:

  • Forward thinker with demonstrated experience in agile methodology and high resilience to change
  • Ability to drive efficient resolutions to day-to-day operational challenges, support managed incident outcomes and drive root cause analysis with managed vendor
  • Solid attention to detail with proven organizational and project management capabilities in a fast-paced end-to-end delivery model
  • Operational understanding of ITIL framework and experience in using change /incident management applications (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating and communicating at all levels of an Information Technology organization
  • Demonstrated experience managing client/vendor relationships including reporting, continuous improvement initiatives and prioritization alignment
  • Good communication and presentation skills
You possess these key capabilities (skills) :
  • College or university degree with 4 or more years experience working and supporting Information Technology teams (on-prem/cloud storage and back-up)
  • Experience with Dell/EMC storage and back-up technologies or work working knowledge of the storage and back-up technologies on-prem/cloud, integrations and interdependencies
  • Strong IT understanding from both a business and technical lens
  • ITIL certification or 1-2 years experience in IT change / incident management
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • PMP Certification or demonstrated ability in leading or coordinating small to medium size projects
  • Azure Cloud Foundations Certification (AZ900) or solid understanding of Azure Cloud fundamentals
  • Operational experience using ServiceNow (change, incident and reporting) or similar ITIL management tool
