As an individual contributor, you will be focused on developing key relationships with business, technical and vendor teams to execute changes to our technical environment. The role will play a key part in supporting managed incidents in real time as well as after the fact through root cause analysis and continuous improvement to eliminate risk in the future.What You Will Do:As a Service Delivery Advisor, you will gain valuable insight into our IT operations, support key decisions on changes during our ITIL Technical Advisory Board and Change Advisory Boards. You will help facilitate successful outcomes to key CAPEX and OPEX projects by ensuring operational teams are able to execute changes in a timely manner. You will be part of an ongoing change from fully on-prem to a shift to a hybrid (on-prem/cloud) operating model and supporting our managed service vendors during the transition. You will also have access to online educational tools (e.g., Pluralsight, Udemy) and certification programs via Microsoft, etc. as we expect you will want to say current and help us adapt to the vast amount of technology disruptions that continue to drive us to continuously improve.Who You Are:You possess these key characteristics:
