While completing this process, the incumbent is accountable for interpreting contract terms and calculating quantities to facilitate the operation and administration of contracts in compliance with both external regulated requirements and company policies and procedures.Dont forget to apply. And internally this role is known as Analyst Storage & Transportation Contract Support (T)What You Will Do:

  • Create, review, amend and ensure execution, management and retention of contracts and agreements for S&T services in accordance with policies and with a customer service excellence approach.
  • Interpret contract terms related to all S&T services in order to efficiently facilitate the operation and administration of contracts, and ensure contract discrepancies are investigated and resolved prior to completion.
  • Prepare and publish required monthly, seasonal and annual reports and requested information timely and accurately for both internal and external clients.
  • Work with technical system applications team members in a timely manner to determine system issue resolutions by testing contract system changes and enhancements to ensure functional prior to system change implementation.
  • Assists with updating of existing contract templates, new templates and non-standard contracts and obtaining required approvals in compliance with company policies.
Who You Are:You have the following education and experience:
  • Post-secondary education in business, administration or a related quantitative field.
  • 1-3 years of work experience where high attention to detail, strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and investigative abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and in a self-directed manner while managing and balancing multiple priorities at any given time.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt.
