DescriptionThis is an opportunity for a temporary position at Corteva Agriscience!Worker is required to execute pull counts in the seed corn fields after mechanical wheel pulling has taken place. Once detasseling is considered complete, the field is put in for final inspection.Worker follows Corteva protocol for executing counts in the fields. All training will be provided.Position requires working in all weather conditions when necessary. Hours vary week to week and are not set at a 40 hour work week – reliant upon machining and weather. May have some early morning counts or early evening counts which may require overtime. Must be able to work 6 days per week when necessary and possibly 7 days when at peak. Exceptions for time off will be considered.Requirements:Must be 18 years of age or older to drive Corteva or leased vehicles. Vehicle will be provided.Must have full G license with a clean driving abstract as driving is a major part of the job.Must be able to walk for long periods of time on uneven surfaces.Must have a valid first aid and CPR certificate – training can be arranged by Corteva to obtain the certificate if necessary.Qualifications
