Start putting your skills to work today.Position: Finishing TechnicianLocation: Chatham, ONPay: $16.25/hourSchedule: 12-hour shifts on rotating schedules.Start Date: ASAPContract: Long Term, Full TimeRequirements:Must be able to adapt to a fast paced environment.Steel toed boots are mandatory.Previous experience in wood making, cabinet making preferred.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Job DutiesPossess beginner to advanced knowledge of finishing work stations.Sand, trim, scrape, deburr clean or polish objects or parts to correct defects or to prepare surfacesfor further finishing, using hand tools and power tools.Measure and mark objects or parts to ensure sanding and polishing standards are met.Apply lacquer, clear coats and finishes to finished product surfaces, ensuring consistentapplication and coverage (applied by hand and/or spray equipment).Apply today with your resume for immediate consideration.
