Job Description

Who we are:

  • Professional house flippers
  • Been in business since 2015
  • Flipped 70+ homes in the Windsor and Chatham-Kent areas
  • Largest residential real estate investment company in the area.
We are looking for someone who:
  • Has high-level of skills and knowledge in residential construction, specifically in renovations
  • Enjoys working on a wide array of construction activities
  • Knows their limit and work well with a team
  • Wants permanent work, with a constant 40 hours every week, in a team structure environment.
  • Has a positive attitude (its always better when you enjoy being around the people you work with)
We need someone who:
  • Has at least 10-years of quality construction experience
  • Has their own set of basic construction tools
  • Has their own vehicle for transportation
  • Has impeccable work ethics, shows up to work on time, and avoids the unnecessary cussing.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $30.00-$35.00 per hourSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
Experience:
  • Carpentry: 10 years (required)
