New state of the art sow barn seeks motivated employee immediately. While this is a brand new barn with all new facilities including onsite showers and lunch room it is a dirty job at times. The successful applicant will be monitoring, processing and generally caring for the welfare of new born piglets and their mothers. The job includes but is not limited to, docking piglet tails, castrating, data collection, pressure washing, breeding through artificial insemination, general barn cleanup and maintenance. This is a 5.5 to 6 day a week job. We will teach you everything you need to know. This is an owner operator business looking to build a dedicated staff of individuals. The hourly wage is a starting point and will increase in direct proportion to the individuals ability to take on new tasks and raise healthy marketable piglets.
