Job Description

For assistance on how to apply, please click herePosition OverviewThis position is responsible for performing operations tasks involving the receiving, storage, cleaning, packaging and shipping of grain. This position will be in our South Region, you will be required to work at various facilities in Chatham-Kent, ON.Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all tasks required at the facility that contribute to customer service, grain conditioning and general facility upkeep
  • Assist with performing general equipment maintenance
  • Tasks must be documented daily on a computer or paperwork to be completed properly at the conclusion of every shift
  • Operating and maintaining multiple pieces of grain cleaning equipment
  • Maintaining a standard of quality in the finished product
  • Operate various types of mobile equipment
What is expected of you and others at this level
  • Has developed proficiency through job-related training and on the job experience
  • Completes work with a limited degree of supervision
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Previous production relevant experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude preferred
  • Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces
Work conditions include
  • Dust, Cold, Heat
  • Lifting 50lbs repetitively
  • Elevated work
  • Overtime and shift work
  • Industrial setting
