You will keep sales counters stocked with attractively displayed products; check product quantity and quality; pack and stamp prices on products; carry out product rotation; ensure the department is clean and tidy; deliver high-quality customer service; adhere to company standards and policies in your work; and perform any other tasks the role and/or your supervisor requires.The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting The Store Manager and Owners in their roles at both an administrative and operational level. In addition, when the Store Manager is absent, the Assistant Store Manager must be available and ready to carry out any tasks normally handled by the Manager.Job qualificationsSkills

  • Have a constant concern to offer quality service and products and meet customer needs;
  • Be recognized for their leadership, organizational, teamwork and analytical skills;
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills;
  • Be recognized for his leadership contributing to the achievement of business results;
  • Listening, demonstrating communication skills and being an agent of change;
  • Have marked aptitudes for leading and motivating a work team and having the desire to develop;
  • Possess a good sense of organization and planning to meet the needs of the store;
  • Be dynamic, creative and have a sense of responsibility and a spirit of initiative.
Experience
  • Experience in retail business as a manager, including day-to-day management of operations and processes.
Requirements
  • Available to work flexible hours to meet the operational needs of the business (including evenings and weekends);
  • Knowledge of software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and great ease with computers and systems.
