We care deeply about each and every guest and fellow craftsman in our wellness spa.What we wantReporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, the Restaurant Manager will ensure the satisfaction of our guests while overseeing the smooth running of operations and the achievement of objectives in the various outlets. With the support of the supervisors, he/she will oversee the training and planning of the personnel as well as the quality of the services offered to the customers. He/she will also have to convey the culture and values of Nordik, spa-nature.What you will do

• Manage and coordinate point of sale operations;
• Establish, implement and enforce standards and procedures;
• Ensure compliance with liquor standards and laws, hygiene, sanitation, health and safety in the workplace;
• Develop and implement actions to make the work more efficient according to the objectives set;
• Participate in the optimization of revenues by respecting the strategies, practices and promotions decided by the Management;
• Ensure the quality of the guest experience and resolve issues if necessary
• Manage, motivate, and develop teams to provide a high level of service to guests
• Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff as well as the disciplinary management and performance of employees;
• Ensure the necessary administrative follow-ups in relation to the personnel;
• Perform all other related tasks.

Profile required

• College degree in tourism, business administration, hospitality, or significant or relevant related experience
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Manager/Supervisor
• Minimum 3 years experience in food service and/or customer service ;
• Strong sense of hospitality;
• Bilingualism essential (French and English);
• Certification in hygiene and sanitation from MAPAQ would be an asset;
• Knowledge of wine, beer, beverages and gastronomy would be an asset;
• Familiarity with computerized food service systems;
• Ability to solve problems and work in solution mode;
• Inspirational and dynamic leadership;
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, managers and other associates;
