We care deeply about each and every guest and fellow craftsman in our wellness spa.What we wantUnder the supervision of the Director of Food and Beverage, the Restaurant Supervisor ensures the satisfaction of our restaurant clientele by assisting the management team in the supervision of the dining room, Panorama lounge, Mezzanine café and other food and beverage outlets; while ensuring the respect of the Nordik Spa-Nature DNA.What you will do

• Oversee the operations of the departments various service points;
• Ensure that the teams respect the standards and procedures in place to ensure the quality of the customer experience;
• Provide support to teams on a daily basis;
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards with respect to hygiene, sanitation, health and safety at work;
• In collaboration with the Senior Manager:
  • Manage work schedules;
  • Ensure the integration of new employees including follow-up on training;
  • Create the weekly focus for employees and ensure their motivation and promotion;
  • Prepare supply orders for glasses, cutlery, etc. following inventories;
• Update menus;
• Ensure the management of special situations with customers;
• Carry out all other related tasks required by his immediate superior or necessary for his functions.

Profile required

• High school diploma;
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in food service and/or customer service; previous experience in supervision;
• Hygiene and sanitation training certification from MAPAQ
• A strong interest in wines/beers/spirits and gastronomy;
• A diploma in restaurant, hotel or service studies, an asset;
• Action Service certification, an asset;
• Bilingualism essential (French and English);
• Ability to work with a restaurant operating system
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, managers and other associates;
• Good stress management skills (high traffic);
• Attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Detail-oriented and organizational skills; Initiative, team spirit and positive attitude.
