We care deeply about each and every guest and fellow craftsman in our wellness spa.What we wantUnder the supervision of the Manager of Massage Therapy & Care, the Boutique Supervisor will participate in the daily operations of the boutique and will ensure administrative follow-ups. He/she will ensure the quality of the work done by the team as well as the maintenance of the level of hospitality towards the clients.He/she will be able to make proposals to continuously improve the processes and the development of the team.What you will do

  • Ensure the application of organizational standards for hospitality ;
  • Ensure that customers enjoy an impeccable Spa experience;
  • Follow up on customer complaints and proactively resolve them;
  • Identify areas for improvement in existing procedures;
  • Complete relevant reports for operations;
  • Ensure compliance with "Pratik Nordik" throughout all operations;
  • Provide administrative support to the massage therapy coordinator;
  • Provide administrative support to the massage therapy coordinator;
  • Escalate technical requests for the smooth operation of the boutique and the massage therapy and care department;
  • Ensure the ordering and turnover of the boutiques inventory and massage therapy & care needs;
  • Be responsible for the distribution of tips on a bi-weekly basis;
  • Ensure a good team spirit and synergy with all departments;
  • Participate in the training of the team;
  • Participate in the development and monitoring of work schedules;
  • Assign tasks and distribute activities of the boutique team;
  • Apply crisis management protocol during an emergency on-site;
  • Perform any other related duties as requested by his/her immediate supervisor or as required by his/her duties.
Profile required
  • A college diploma in tourism, hospitality, administration, management or other relevant training is an asset;
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a supervisor;
  • 3 years or more of experience in customer service;
  • Bilingualism essential (French and English);
  • Computer proficiency;
  • Knowledge of other languages is an asset;
  • Interpersonal and social skills;
  • Inspiring and dynamic leadership;
  • Ability to solve problems quickly;
  • May have to deal with some stressful situations;
  • Ability to lift and stand for long periods.
