Sapphire Creative is looking for an individual for the role of reception and administration at our Chilliwack location. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.We are looking for someone that is:Professional in appearance and mannerAble to multi-taskEfficient and organized with attention to detailFriendly, helpful and self-motivatedWilling to take direction and be a team playerWilling to learn and adapt to changeRequirements:- Answering a multi-line phone system- Customer Service and Reception- Filing- Invoicing- Quoting (specifically the awards department)- Cash handling- Quality Control- Shipping/Receiving- Keyboarding- Strong use of the English language with excellent communication skills- Computer skills – proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required- Experience with Sage 50 or QuickBooks would be a definite asset- Knowledge in the field of marketing and promotional products as well as experience with social media management would also be an asset, but not required- You will be responsible for all our front-end customer service, as the face of Sapphire Creative Chilliwack.
