Equivalent ExperienceHIRING PIPELAYERS!Aerotek is looking to higher pipe layers in the Fraser Valley. Candidates will be primarily working on road work, commercial, and industrial civil construction projects. Work sites may also be in Kelowna. Candidates must have at least 1 year of previous construction experience, and 1 year of experience laying pipe. Furthermore, candidates should be able to understand rain and storm work specs. Qualifications:

• 1 year civil construction experience
• 1 year experience in pipe laying
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. consecutively

Work EnvironmentTheir employees need to be able to consistently lift up to 50lbs as jobs require physical exertion (ie. lifting, carrying, shovelling). Employees can expect to work 10-12 hours a day, work on Saturdays on occasion when needed, work in a variety of conditions, shovel dirt, sand, rock, and mud, work with a variety of hand and power tools, work around heavy equipment, work in a variety of extreme weather, work in trenches and open excavation, work in confined spaces (with appropriate training only), follow safety rules, safe work practices, and wear all required personal protective equipment.Quality JobsYour success starts with the right job opportunity.
