Continuing Full-TimeThe Chilliwack School District is seeking applications for the excluded position of Human Resources Coordinator. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Human Resources, the successful individual will provide confidential support to the Human Resources Management Team in the maintenance of human resources programs, systems and services. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for:return to work/disability management coordination supporting the HR Managers with occupational and non-occupational medical leaves, gradual return to work plans and return to work plansrecruitment coordination supporting the HR Managers with recruitment, selection, orientation and onboarding of casual support staff and teachers teaching on callassisting with the support staff job evaluation/job description processassisting with tracking and metrics to support reporting and analyticsassisting with the establishment and maintenance of human resource systems and proceduresmaintaining confidential filing systemsproviding confidential administrative support to Human Resources Management Team related to core human resources functions.THE APPLICANTPreference will be given to applicants who possess:post-secondary diploma or certificate in Human Resources Management and/or an equivalent combination of education, training and experienceminimum of 3 years recent and relevant experience with evidence of progression of responsibility for human resources administrative supportextensive experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Power Pointability to set priorities, adapt processes and procedures, manage multiple projects, analyze data and prepare reportsexcellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to build effective working relationships, including working as a member of a teamInterested candidates must submit their application complete with resume, documentation supporting credentials and three professional references with permission to contact each in confidence.
