Job Description

The job:Create a welcoming environment by greeting visitors and staff, directing visitors- Answer telephone, screen and forward incoming calls, or take detailed messages- Maintain multiple email accounts- Organize electronic and physical files- Update and maintain internal contact list- Keep reception area clean and well maintained- Organize office supplies for the company- Provide support for teams when necessary- Minor housekeeping duties- Other administrative duties, as assignedWhat you bring:- Positive, customer service attitude for greeting visitors and staff- Professional attitude and appearance- Solid written and verbal communication skills- Attention to detail- Organizational skills- Administrative skills, being able to use basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office- Flexibility to be able to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $20.00-$22.00 per hourBenefits:

Experience:
  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
