Job Description

The Site manager is responsible for maintaining all field rules and policies, evaluating performances of field employees, responding to on-call tasks and responsibilities, and generally handling the needs and concerns of all field members and giving support to the employees under their supervision.The Site Manager will work with the installation contractors (Carpet, Tile and Wood Installers), scheduling installs on various sites throughout the Fraser Valley, Vancouver and surrounding areas.The Site Manager will organize and facilitating any necessary training for site readiness. In addition, the Site Manager will be responsible for monitoring employee performance levels and, where required, take action to correct deficiencies (quality control).Other items that are important in the execution of this role are as follows:High attention to detail is importantAbility to function well in a high pressure multi-tasking environmentGood technical writing, oral communication, and inter-personal skills to achieve technical objectivesProficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets applicationsAbility to work independently and to deliver accurate documentation within predetermined deadlinesLiaising with the safety department to ensure the work environment is safe for employeesManaging the execution of work to achieve budget objectivesPlanning and organizing training programs for company staff to enhance their job knowledge and skill.Quick Apply
