Job Description

Social Media & Events CoordinatorHomelife Advantage Realty Limited is a growing company that services the Real Estate community with support for REALTORS® that are involved with trading services (real estate sales), strata management, and rental management. We have a positive culture that thrives on creativity, passion for the industry, and higher standards. We are seeking someone qualified to support this creative culture with a blend of offsite work and collaborative engagement from our newly renovated offices in the Fraser Valley.The position will begin with part-time hours and transition into full-time hours by the end of 2023. The current job title will be sharing their workload with you to slowly integrate you into their position to take over by overseeing your duties.Social Media Job Responsibilities

  • Execute a results-driven social media strategy
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms coordinated with the supervisors content
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
  • Attend company events and produce social media content
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
  • Collaborate with Kevin to create a social media calendar
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
  • Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy
  • Google reviews
  • Social advertisements.
Events Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Pre marketing events and well as post marketing
  • Arranging for beverages & food requirements when required
  • Arranging and organizing venue from time to time as well as well as arranging for attendance records
  • Organizing tents if required
  • Organizing event attendance
  • Organizing music and technology for presentations
Social Media & Events Coordinator Qualifications / Skills:
  • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
  • Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML
  • Excellent social listening skills
  • Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
  • Strong copywriting and copy editing skills
  • Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
