Job Description

We have a strong team of experienced leaders and foster a fun and high-energy work culture.We Need: Body Shop AdministratorResponsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Completes reconciliation on all accounts payable and receivables, deposits, petty cash, and receipt
  • Greets and assists customers in a pleasant and professional manner, in-person and over the phone
  • General office duties such as computerized data entry, insurance processing, complying reports, and filing
  • Other duties to be assigned by Department Supervisor
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an office environment with References
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Business Administration education
Requirements are:
  • Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills, required
  • Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to provide excellent customer service, required
  • Assisting with all aspects of administration within the dealership
  • Coordinating between departments in resolving day-to-day administrative & operational issues as they arise
  • Correspondence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
  • Data entry - electronic & paper format
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced work environment, taking on new challenges daily
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly & adapt to new systems on the fly
  • Managing files electronically as well as paper format
  • Address customer concerns and forward issues to appropriate parties
  • Answering the phone & transferring calls to appropriate parties
  • Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, fax, computers & postage machines
  • Excellent computer experience with above-average typing skills
  • Juggle multiple tasks with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions, as well as take notes
  • Excellent written & verbal skills are a MUST
  • Must be able to take initiative & problem solve
  • Must be a quick learner
  • Great time management skills
