Work also involved overseeing building security; upkeep of grounds, including snow clearing; janitorial duties and supervising other janitorial staff assigned to the work site. Employees have a primary responsibility for the use of proper methods and procedures for the caring, upkeep and cleaning for building and equipment with minimal supervision through a well-established schedule.Requirements:Successful applicants must possess basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills and be familiar with the requirements of various inspections as it related to school buildings. Applicants must also have completed a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and have WHMIS 2015 certification.
