Our business model of local offices allows us to deliver the best service in our industry and foster successful client relationships.Our OpportunityAllnorth is currently looking for a part-time Office Administrator to join our Clarenville office. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks, such as greeting visitors, answering phones, managing office supplies, coordination of office events, booking travel, participate in the joint health and safety committee, electronic filing, tracking data for expenses, and vehicle logs. You will also process routine documents, incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, courier and other correspondence. You will be involved in in monthly invoicing, report and proposal support, equipment and fleet management, and other related duties as directed by the Assistant Division Manager.Requirements

  • Business or Administration diploma preferred and 3 to 5 years of general office administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
  • Previous experience in an engineering consulting environment considered an asset
  • Ability to work individually; a self-starter who is able to recognize and complete tasks required for making the overall office run more effectively
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (interpersonal and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality
  • Strong time and task management skill
