Starting wage $22.00- $26.00/hr . Wages may be scaled with relevant experience.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the commercial team adheres to provided timelines and schedules
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Problem solve issues that may arise during a project
  • Manage and build relationships with multiple teams
  • Assist the Commercial Sales Manager with administrative functions and processes
  • Analyze project data, shop drawings & customer purchase orders
  • Assist in developing and producing proposals for clients
  • Source and price products as per quote requests
Essential:
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Keen attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the plumbing, heating and construction distribution business
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers and suppliers
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Completion of Grade 12
  • Data entry skills
Desirable:
  • Familiar with industry and/or products
  • Experience with commercial customers and quotations an asset
