Lead BartenderAs Lead Bartender you will oversee the running of the bar, from directing the team and ensuring they provide a pleasant customer experience, to serving customers and dealing with administrative tasks such as scheduling shifts. The position may require you to work long hours as well as evenings and weekends. You will be responsible for ordering stock, scheduling staff for the bar, functions and cart. You will also assist in the acquisition of staff and disciplinary action if need be.ResponsibilitiesWill report to the General Manager. Together you will prepare the annual budget and separate pooled tips as required.Will serve drinks and have an extensive knowledge of drink recipes vital to the role. AsLead Bartender you will assist in taking orders and serving customers, particularly during busy shifts and restocking supplies as needed.Overseeing the running of the bar, making sure that complaints and disturbances are dealt with in a polite manner. You will also be expected to ensure the bar is clean and tidy at all times.Inventory will need to be checked on a regular bases. You will be responsible for ordering stock when it is low and supervising deliveries to make sure everything is delivered and unpacked properly.Will be required to look after some of the administrative side of running the bar as well as the customer-focused side, from scheduling shifts and training staff to completing payroll bi-weekly.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $17.00-$20.00 per hourSchedule:
