Job Description

Creekside RnR is looking for an Executive Assistant to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.The duties and responsibilities include handling bookings and customer requests, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support. A successful Executive Assistant should also have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.Ultimately, the Executive assistant should be able to ensure the smooth running of Creekside RnR and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.Responsibilities:Handling online bookingsHandling phone bookingsMailingSuppliesErrandsTaking meal ordersHelping with customer concerns and requestsArrange necessary repairsOrganize office operations and proceduresProvide general support to visitorsAssist where neededRequirementsKnowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and proceduresProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)Basic computer knowledge (email, online booking systems)Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsJob Type: Part-timeBenefits:
